Adam makes it a point to take his dog Peggy for a walk every day after work. As he was walking by the community bulletin board the other day, he noticed some people looking at him and pointing. When he got closer to the sign, he discovered why people were acting strangely. Displayed right before his eyes was a picture of himself standing behind Peggy as she pooped on the sidewalk. Above the picture were the words, “Pick Up After Your Dog.” Obviously, Adam and Peggy had been caught by a security camera!
Embarrassed and ashamed, Adam walked away as quickly as he could. He went to the superintendent and apologized for the mess he had left behind. After he took Peggy back home, Adam went straight to the store to buy a pooper-scooper. He vowed that from that day on he would clean up Peggy’s poop whenever she did her business on the street.
