你是一家商店的客服人員( 商店名稱必須假設為 EZshop Mart), 有顧客在你們店裡買到瑕疵品, 還差點釀成大禍, 因此這位顧客向你們客訴並要求賠償。請根據下方的客訴信寫一封信, 文長至少 120 個單詞( words), 第一段向投訴顧客表示歉意, 並說明店裡的處理流程, 第二段則提出你們會採取的補償辦法。

Dear EZshop Mart,
  Two days ago, I purchased the Morning Maker coffee machine from your store. When I first plugged it in, a strong burning smell came from it, but I didn’t see any smoke. I filled the reservoir with water, scooped in some ground coffee, and then left the kitchen. When I returned a bit later, I was shocked to see the machine on fire! Thankfully, I was able to unplug it and put the fire out.
  This is unacceptable. My house could have burned down! I’m requesting a full refund, plus compensation for the damage done to my kitchen counter. Failure to comply with my demands will result in legal action.

寫作格式

  1. ​​​​收信人稱謂(salutation)─ 如 Dear Mr. Johnson,。
  2. 信件主體(body of the letter)─ 通常一般信件採用內縮式,商業書信多用齊頭式。可在進入信件的主題前加一些問候語(問候近況、詢問健康,表思念對方等)。
  3. 結尾敬語(complimentary close)─ 如 Sincerely,、Best regards, 或 Best wishes, 等。
  4. 簽名(signature)─ 如 Amy Liu(如為紙本信件,應親筆簽名)。

第一段: First, we at EZshop Mart would like to express just how relieved we are that you are well and unharmed.

a. We’re deeply sorry for the unfortunate incident caused by our product.
b. We believe in the quality of our products and take your report very seriously.
c. Please return the faulty machine with your receipt so that we can proceed.

第二段: Once the results of the investigation are in, we will be able to proceed with the proper compensation.

We would like to offer you a gift certificate to express our regrets for the trouble you’ve been through.

結論句: Please feel free to contact us if you require any more information or have any questions about the process.

  First, we at EZshop Mart would like to express just how relieved we are that you are well and unharmed. We would also like to offer our deepest apologies for the unfortunate incident that occurred with the Morning Maker coffee machine. We take great pride in the high quality of our products and are very alarmed by your report. In order to proceed, please bring the Morning Maker, its original packaging, and your receipt back to the store that you purchased it from. We will have our experts examine the machine to determine the source of the malfunction.
  Once the results of the investigation are in, we will be able to proceed with the proper compensation. In the meantime, we would like to offer you a NT$1,500 gift certificate as our way to express our regrets for your hardship. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further concerns.
