第一段：    遠距上課及教室課程都有其優缺點。
•    教室課程讓教學僅限於一個固定日程的一個地方，但能讓老師及學生有更多的互動。
•    線上學習的學生可以選擇上課的時間地點及照自己的步調上課，不過自律不足的學生可能會缺乏學習動機。

第二段：    就我的經驗來看，遠距學習讓我更能掌控自己的學習。
•    我可以在沒有同學干擾的情況下唸書。
•    我不用花時間通勤，也不用擔心會缺課。
•    我還可以複習課程，照我自己的步調學習。

第一段：    These days, distance learning and in-class courses are two popular ways of learning, both of which have their own pros and cons.
a.    Instruction in a classroom is limited to one place on a fixed schedule, but there will be more interaction between teachers and students.
b.    Online, students can choose when and where to study, and they can watch lectures and do the homework at their own pace; however, students with less self-discipline may suffer from a lack of motivation.
第二段：    In my experience, distance learning gives me more control of my studies.
a.    I can study without being disturbed by my classmates.
b.    I don’t have to spend time commuting or worry about missing classes.
c.    Better still, I can review lessons and study at my own pace.
結論句：    Therefore, if given the choice, I would choose distance learning over in-class instruction.

　　These days, distance learning and in-class courses are two popular ways of learning, both of which have their own pros and cons. When students learn in a classroom, instruction is limited to one place on a fixed schedule, but there will be more interaction between teachers and students. However, by learning online, students can choose when and where to study, and they can watch lectures and work at their own pace. Nevertheless, a lack of motivation might be a problem for those who don’t have enough self-discipline. 
　　In my experience, distance learning gives me more control of my studies. First, I can study either in my bedroom or in a café without being interrupted by disruptive classmates. Besides, I don’t have to waste precious time on commuting, nor do I have to worry about missing classes because of bad weather or illness. Even better, I can review previously recorded lessons and study at my own pace. In fact, with the development of digital cameras and streaming technology, face-to-face interaction is readily available for online learners. Therefore, if given the choice, I would choose distance learning over in-class instruction.

　　遠距上課及教室課程是這年頭兩種受歡迎的學習方式，而這兩種都有其優缺點。當學生在教室學習時，教學就僅限於一個固定日程的一個地方，但老師和學生之間會有更多的互動。然而，藉由在線上學習，學生可以選擇上課的時間地點，還能照自己的步調觀看課程及做功課。不過，對於自律不足的人來說，缺乏動機或許會是個問題。
　　就我的經驗來看，遠距學習讓我更能掌控自己的學習。首先，我可以在沒有搗亂同學干擾的情況下，在我的臥室或在咖啡廳唸書。此外，我不用浪費寶貴的時間在通勤上，也不需要擔心因為壞天氣或生病而缺課。更棒的是，我可以複習之前錄好的課程，按照我自己的步調學習。事實上，隨著數位相機及串流科技的發展，線上學習者很容易就能有面對面的互動。因此，若要我選，我會選擇遠距學習而非在教室聽課。
