　　The Nazca lines, which date back about 2,000 years, are geoglyphs created by humans in the sand of a desert in Peru. After the drawings were discovered in 1927, it took nearly a century to identify a total of 430 geoglyphs. In September 2024, researchers from Japan announced that they had discovered an additional 303 drawings with the help of AI technology in just six months. The newly-discovered images, which range from three to seven meters long, show figures that resemble humans and animals.
