Generation Alpha includes people born between the years of 2011 and 2025, which means that many Gen Alphas have not even been born yet. The name was coined by researcher Mark McCrindle, who __3__ the idea of switching from Latin letters to Greek letters. He felt that using alpha, the first letter of the Greek alphabet, was fitting for the first generation to be born entirely in the 21st century.
It is expected that as Alphas grow up, they will generally enjoy higher levels of education and wealth than any __4__ generation. Perhaps the most defining feature of this generation is the prominence of technology. This is the first generation to come after the introduction of the iPhone. __5__ earlier generations, there will not be any Alphas who will know a life that is not significantly influenced by digital technology.
