The presentation is complete, but we are having trouble with the overhead projector in the conference room. Ron is taking a look at it.

Hey, Ron. Is the projector in the conference room working yet?

No, not yet. I'm sure it's one of the cables that isn't working. I've asked Ralph to pick up a replacement at Novatech.

Good point! Let's reverse the order originally planned. Tina will give the budget and financing talk first. I can follow up with the PowerPoint slides showing what newspapers, TV shows, and websites we think are best for promoting our client's products.
