Eggs are much loved around the world, largely thanks to their versatility in terms of both the foods they can be paired with and the variety of ways they can be prepared. Additionally, including eggs in your diet regularly has a number of health benefits. Eggs are an excellent source of protein and can help prevent strokes and heart disease.
However, as is often the case, the concept of having too much of a good thing does apply to eggs. In other words, eating too many eggs could cause you harm. The real question is: How many eggs are too many?
