A strange and beautiful phenomenon occurs around the Matsu Islands each year between March and July. As waves gently crash against the shore, they sometimes glow in a subtle blue color under the moonlit sky. People have called this wonder “blue tears.” This magical sight has become a popular attraction for people the world over.
