Teaching cockatiels to talk is not difficult. Everything you need to know is contained in the book Teaching Your Bird To Talk by Diane Grindol. I purchased the book several years ago at Love Birds for just a few dollars. I remember seeing copies on a stand near the tools section at the sale.
