 攻略 
a. 本題測試 “by + 時間名詞” 與時態的搭配用法：

1) by + 未來時間 → 使用未來完成式（S +　will + have + p.p.）
• By tomorrow morning, I believe I will have finished the whole project.
到明天早上，我相信我就會完成整份企劃案了。
2) by + 過去時間 → 使用過去完成式（S +　had + p.p.）
• By eight o’clock this morning, I had already finished one third of the project.
到今天早上八點鐘時，我已經完成了三分之一的企劃案。

b. 原題以 By this time next week（到了下個星期的這個時候）起首，得知為未來時間，故根據上述，(B) 項應為正選。
