However, the main attraction of Singles Day is undoubtedly the shopping. Online retailers in China offer massive discounts as part of the holiday, which generate billions of dollars in sales in a single day.
World Kindness Day Date: 11/13
World Kindness Day originated in 1997 as a way to brighten up the world. Its purpose is to highlight positivity and good deeds in society. People are encouraged to perform random acts of kindness such as giving hugs, offering compliments, or writing loving notes to friends and family members.
