Movie theaters will be phased out.  

1. Streaming services are all the rage.
2. Movie theaters see reduced revenue.
3. During the COVID-19 pandemic, lots of people have chosen to stay away from theaters.

 

I prefer to watch movies on Netflix.

1. I only have to pay once a month for a vast selection of movies.
2. I love watching my favorite movies at home.
3. I can pause the movies any time or replay them as many times as I want.

 

 範文 

        In recent years, streaming platforms have become a growing phenomenon. There are numerous streaming services, such as Netflix, Disney+, and HBO Max, among others. While streaming services are now all the rage, movie theaters continue to be on the decline. In my opinion, movie theaters are doomed to be phased out because of their increasingly reduced revenue. To add insult to injury, COVID-19 may have sped up the process because during the pandemic, a lot of people felt unsafe in crowds indoors and chose to stay away from theaters.

        In my free time, I prefer to watch movies on Netflix rather than go to a movie theater. One reason for this is economics. I just have to pay my streaming subscription once a month to watch a seemingly unlimited number of movies. Another reason is that I can enjoy watching my favorite movies in the comfort of my home. In addition, I can pause the movies any time or replay them as many times as I want.
