信函寫作
提示
你( 英文名字必須假設為 Jason 或 Jasmine) 的摯友( 英文名字必須假設為 Gary 或 Gina) 經常遲到, 你 已經受不了他/她的遲到行為。 請寫一封信給這位朋友, 文長至少 120 個單詞( words), 第一段說明你已經無 法忍受其經常遲到的行為, 第二段則提出能讓摯友改善遲到習慣的建議。
請注意:必須使用上述的 Jason 或 Jasmine 在信末署名, 不得使用自己的真實中文或英文名字。
寫作格式
收信人稱謂(salutation)─ 如 Dear Mr. Johnson,,如果不知道收件人的姓名,可用 Dear 加上對方的職 稱或公司名稱,會比不具名的寫 “Dear Sir / Madam,” 或 “To Whom It May Concern,” 來得更有禮貌且適 當。此外,很正式的信函,可以在稱謂後面用冒號取代逗號。
信件主體(body of the letter)─ 通常一般信件採用內縮式,商業書信多用齊頭式。可在進入信件的主題前 加一些問候語(問候近況、詢問健康,表思念對方等)。
結尾敬語(complimentary close)─ 如 Sincerely,、Best regards, 或 Best wishes, 等。
簽名(signature)─ 如 Amy Liu(如為紙本信件,應親筆簽名)。
布局
第一段:引 言 → 1-2 句:說明無法再容忍好友的慣性遲到。
發 展 → 2-3 句:進一步勸好友要改掉遲到的壞習慣。
第二段:建 議 → 2-3 句:提出幾點建議來幫助好友做好時間管理。
期 許 → 1-2 句:期許自己提出的這些建議可以讓好友變得比較有條不紊。
