第一段： The report reveals that over 3,000 people lost their lives in traffic accidents in 2022, and incidents of accidents, deaths, and injuries all saw an increase compared to the year 2021.

b. During my daily bike commute to and from school, I often witness various traffic law violations.
c. All these behaviors greatly increase the risk of serious accidents.
第二段： Dealing with these trends requires a joint effort from both the government and individuals.

b. As for individuals, their most important responsibility is to follow traffic laws.
