假設你是來自 2125 年的未來人（Jack 或 Jill），人類在這一百年間因過度依賴 AI 而逐漸喪失獨立思考能力，導致無法應付突發異常情況等。請以此為題，寫一封信給現在的人類，警告人類切勿過度依賴 AI。文分兩段，第一段表明自己的身分並說明人類過度依賴 AI 帶來的後果；第二段則提出建議，說明人類可以怎麼做來規範 AI 或應如何使用 AI，以避免科技反而為人類帶來危害。文長至少 120 個單詞（words）。
請注意：必須使用上述的 Jack 或 Jill 在信末署名，不得使用自己的真實中文或英文名字。
