L: Lena C: Hotel Clerk
Lena is talking to a hotel clerk to arrange a ride to the airport.
L: Hello. I’ll be checking out tomorrow morning and I need a ride to the airport.
C: I see. Our hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport four times a day.
L: Oh, that would be great. What time does the first one leave?
C: The first bus leaves at 8:00 a.m.
L: I’m afraid that’s too late. I have a morning flight at 7:15 a.m. I should probably leave here before five.
C: That is quite early. We could always arrange a private taxi to come pick you up. Or there is always Uber.
L: I could use Uber, but I worry there may not be any drivers available that early in the morning.
C: In that case, we can suggest a reliable taxi service. They can get you to the airport in less than 45 minutes.
L: OK, let’s do that.
C: What time would you like to leave for the airport?
L: Around 4:30 a.m.
C: All right, I will call the taxi company now and make the arrangement.
L: Thank you so much!
C: Will you need a wake-up call tomorrow morning as well?
L: That is probably a good idea.
