     Legendary Japanese animator Hayao Miyazaki and his famed Studio Ghibli have won a Golden Globe for their masterpiece, The Boy and the Heron. This marks a significant milestone as Miyazaki’s first Golden Globe and the first-ever win in the Best Animated Feature category for a non-English film.
     The Boy and the Heron, inspired partly by Miyazaki’s childhood, tells the story of a 12-year-old boy mourning the death of his
mother. In the story, the boy ventures into a world shared by the living and dead. The film truly showcases Miyazaki’s masterful
storytelling.
