當你收到E-mail會議邀請，在回覆信件時，內容應該盡量保持簡短並點出重點，讓安排會議的同仁可以快速進行，用有效率的方式溝通，大家都會很喜歡你唷 ^^
- 如果你可以在指定的時間出席，可以使用 Great 或 Sure 的字來表示你贊成這樣的安排。如：
Great, I'll see you Thursday at 3 p.m. in the boardroom. （太棒了，那就星期四下午 3 點在董事會會議室見。）
- 盡量在同一天回覆信件，以利對方迅速做出進一步的安排。
這樣下筆就對了~
1. 說明已收到對方通知會議時間的信件。
（I received your e-mail about the series of meetings.）
2. 簡單說明可接受（Sure,... is fine with me.）及不能接受的會議時間（Sorry,... is impossible for me.）。
3. 針對不行的時間，詢問對方是否可以改約另一個時間。（Can we make it for another time?）

當然，星期二下午 2 點我可以。
2. Great, I'll see you (date / day / time). / That time is perfect. I'll talk to you (date /day / time).
太棒了，那就（某日期／某天／某時間）見。／那時間非常合適，那就（某日期／某天／某時間）再談。
- Great, I'll see you Thursday at 3 p.m. in the boardroom.
太棒了，那就星期四下午 3 點在董事會會議室見。 - That time is perfect. I'll talk to you on Friday.
那個時間非常合適。那就星期五再談。
3. I'm free (date / day / time), but not (date / day / time). / How about (date / day /time), instead?
我（某日期／某天／某時間）有空，但（某日期／某天／某時間）沒空。／那麼改為（某日期／某天／某時間）如何？
- Steve, I'm free on August the 12th, but not on the 13th.
史提夫，我 8 月12 號有空，但 13 號沒空。 - How about Wednesday morning, instead?
那麼改為星期三早上如何？
4. I'm afraid I'm tied up (date / day / time). / Sorry, (date / day / time) is impossible for me.
恐怕（某日期／某天／某時間）我會很忙。／抱歉，（某日期／某天／某時間）我不行。
- I'm afraid I'm tied up on Thursday the 19th, David.
大衛，恐怕我 19 號星期四會很忙。 - Sorry, 3 p.m. on Tuesday is impossible for me.
抱歉，星期二下午 3 點對我來說不行。
5. Another time is preferable to me. / Can we make it for another time?
另一個時間比較適合我。／我們能不能改約另一個時間？
- Another time is preferable to me. How about, say, Thursday or Friday?
另一個時間比較適合我。譬如，星期四或星期五如何？ - Can we make it for another time? Perhaps next week would be better.
我們能不能改約另一個時間？或許下星期會好一點。

◎ meeting 作為名詞表『會議』時是可數名詞，所以第一句應改為 Let's have a meeting on Monday morning.
