短文聽讀 Text

  Welcome to Albert’s Restaurant. I’m your waiter, Ken. Today, the chef is Leah Roberts. She makes the best soup in town. Her pizza is also to die for! Here is your menu. The food is on the left, and the drinks are on the right. For drinks, I recommend our red wine. It goes well with any of our dishes.

歡迎光臨亞伯特餐廳。我是您的服務員肯恩。今天的主廚是莉雅•羅伯茲。她做出來的湯是本地最好的湯品。她做的披薩也棒極了！這是您的菜單。左邊列的是食物，而飲料則列在右邊。以飲料來說，我推薦本餐廳的紅酒。它跟我們餐廳的任何一道菜都很搭。

 1   介紹不可數名詞 

 a  本課提到 soup、pizza、food、drink、wine 這些物質名詞。其中 soup、pizza、wine 是不可數名詞，前面通常不加不定冠詞 a 或 an，也不加數字，但可用下列方式表達：
數詞 + 單位名詞 + of
a bowl of soup   一碗湯
a slice of pizza   一片披薩
a glass of wine   一杯葡萄酒
