 A  Is that your carry-on bag?
 B  Yes, it is.
 A  Please put it on the scale. Oh! That is too heavy. You need to check it in.
 B  Can I take out some things and add them to my check-in luggage?
 A  No, your check-in luggage is already at the limit!

 

 A  這是您的隨身行李嗎？
 B  是的。
 A  請您放到秤上。喔！那太重了。您必須將它托運。
 B  我可以把一些東西拿出來放進我的托運行李嗎？
 A  不行，您的托運行李已經達到重量上限了！

 

單字片語 Vocabulary and Phrases

 1  scale       n. 秤，磅秤（= scales）

 2  heavy        a. 重的
     light  a. 輕的

 3  take out sth / take sth out           取出某物
     John took out his notebook and wrote something down.
     約翰把他的筆記本拿出來並寫下一些東西。

 4  add A to B        將 A 加到 B 上
