1 表達持續進行某項行動 或 繼續推進某項事情：
keep + Vingkeep trying 不斷嘗試
keep moving、keep going 繼續前進
keep the ball rolling 推進事情- Don't give up, keep trying. (不要放棄，繼續嘗試。)
- Even when things get tough, you have to keep going.（即使事情變得困難，你也必須繼續前進。）
- We need to keep the ball rolling if we want to finish this project on time.（如果我們想要按時完成這個項目，就需要繼續推進事情。）
2 表達某種持續的狀態：通常會搭配形容詞。
