不曉得大家最近有沒有注意到百貨公司或各大展場有許多快閃店進駐。這些店包羅萬象，可能販賣人氣動畫的周邊商品或知名品牌的服飾。pop up 是「突然出現」的意思，因此這種店通常不是常駐商店，而是一種臨時性的商店，目的在於製造話題並推廣品牌。看看以下對話吧：

A: Have you heard about that new pop-up shop in town?

B: Yes, I saw it yesterday. They have some really unique items.

A: I heard they’re only open for a limited time. We should check it out before it closes.

B: Definitely. Let’s go this weekend and see what they have.

 

甲：你聽說鎮上開了一家新的快閃店嗎？

乙：有啊，我昨天有看到。他們有一些非常獨特的商品。

甲：我聽說他們只開一段時間。我們應該在關掉之前去逛一下。
