DeepSeek claims that its advantages include low development costs and high performance. This cost-efficient approach may prove that AI progress is possible without massive budgets, making leading AI developers rethink how they are developing AI.

As a result, organizations such as the US Department of Defense have banned the use of DeepSeek on government-issued devices. 　　DeepSeek 的開發者為「深度求索」（其英文名 亦為 DeepSeek），為一家專注於開發先進人工智慧 與大型語言模型的中國公司。DeepSeek 宣稱其僅投 入約六百萬美元（約新臺幣 1.96 億元）便打造出可與 OpenAI 相匹敵的模型。

據悉，DeepSeek 能夠以低成本達成高效能訓練的 關鍵，在於其採用了混合專家系統、資源優化以及開源 策略。DeepSeek 的快速崛起雖然引起不少質疑聲浪， 但它無疑已在全球引發了廣泛的關注。
