歲末活動的實際內容，同學們應該要想到的是住戶們到達會場之後所會發生的一連串活動為何？

聚會開始之前（before the party）：

此聚會歡迎所有的居民前往，並把他們自製的餐點放在會場的長桌上。

聚會中的活動（when the party starts）：

a. 接下來，他們可以開始跟周遭的人們進行交流並品嘗任何一道餐點。

b. 他們可以票選出心目中最棒的三道菜，並把蓋好章的票選名單投進餐桌上的箱子裡。

c. 晚餐結束時會宣布居民們最喜歡的前五道菜，並且頒予提供這五道菜的人每人兩千元的現金獎勵。

聚會結束後（after the party）：

a. 每位與會者可以幫忙清潔會場，帶回他們所準備的菜餚的餐盤和餐具。

b. 此派對將會令人難忘，而居民的感情會更好。

 

範文:

Dear Chairperson,

        I'm writing to suggest an activity for the year-end party at our complex next month. In my opinion, a potluck party would be ideal. For one thing, all the residents could sample different delicacies. Moreover, they could mingle and form bonds with other residents in the community.

        My proposed potluck party could be executed as follows. All residents would be welcome to attend and share their homemade dishes on the venue's long dining table. Next, they could start chatting and mingling with others, and sample any dishes that catch their eye. Meanwhile, they could also vote for their three favorite dishes by putting the votes into a box on the table. The top five dishes would be announced and people who brought them would be awarded a NT$2,000 cash prize each. When the party ends, all the attendees could help clean the venue and collect any plates and utensils  they brought. I am strongly convinced that this would be a memorable potluck party and would certainly bring all of us closer.
