C: Hello, ma’am. How can I help you today?

S: Hello. I would like to book a one-way train ticket to Busan for tomorrow morning.

C: No problem. There are several trains leaving for Busan in the morning.

S: How much is a ticket? And how long is the journey?

C: Well, that depends on which train you take. The earliest KTX Express  will get you there in a little over two hours. The economy-class seat is about 60,000 won.

S: Oh, that sounds great. I’ll take that one.

C: That train will leave at 8:10 a.m.

S: Actually, that’s quite early. Is there another express train leaving closer to noon?

C: Let’s see. There is an 11:45 a.m. train. But unfortunately, the economy-class tickets are already fully booked. There is still first-class seating available, though.

S: I see. How much is a first-class ticket?

C: That will cost about 90,000 won.

S: I shouldn’t spend that much. Are there any other trains with seats still available?

C: Yes, there is a 9:50 a.m. train, but it will take about three hours to arrive in Busan.

S: That’s fine. I’d like a ticket for the 9:50 a.m. train.

C: No problem. That will be 56,000 won.
