Q: Are the rumors true that you are leaving the company?

M: Yes, it’s true. I turned in my resignation letter last week. But I’ll still be here until the end of the month.

Q: Wow. You’ve been here a long time. The office will seem strange without you.

M: Oh, I’m sure things will be fine.

Q: I also heard some people say that you are planning to start your own business. Is that true?

M: Yes, I’ve been saving up money for the past two years getting ready to invest.

Q: That’s exciting. What kind of business is it?

M: It’s not that exciting. We’re going to open a drink stand in a night market.

Q: Do you have a business partner?

M: Yeah, I’m going to cooperate with two of my good friends and they will also help run the place. Hopefully, it will be successful.

Q: I hear that those drink stands can earn a huge amount of income each month.

M: Well, I certainly hope so. Our plan is to make a profit in less than three months.
