In 1998, British adventurer Karl Bushby began one of the most challenging walking journeys that have ever been attempted. Starting in southern Chile, he set out to walk all the way back to his hometown in England. He calls this challenge the Goliath Expedition and has set two simple rules. He will not use any form of transportation to move forward, and he will not return home until he arrives on foot.
