此類郵件的目的是在報告中說明某種因果關係，因此可以用 Consequently,...（因此，……）或是Thus,...（所以，……）等用語來表示相互間的因果。結論應簡明扼要指出主要的發現，並包含或引導如何改善情況的建議。
