短文聽讀 Dialogue
My friend, Jane, is looking for a new apartment. There are two apartments that she is considering. Both of them are conveniently located; one is close to a subway station, and the other is close to a park. However, the catch is that neither of the two apartments is affordable. Apparently, the rent for either one would cost an arm and a leg. She should think about the decision carefully and look before she leaps.
我的朋友珍正在找新房子。有兩間公寓是她正在考慮的。這兩間公寓的地點都很方便；一間是在地鐵站附近，另一間是在公園附近。不過，問題是，這兩間公寓的租金都不是她負擔得起的。顯然，不管是哪間公寓，租金都貴得嚇死人。她應該要審慎考慮再做決定，並且三思而後行！
