這類電子郵件的目的是讓對方了解選定某機型的理由

這類電子郵件的目的是讓對方了解選定某機型的理由，因此內容可包括：

1. 選定的機型
2. 選定的理由

如要說明機器的特色（feature）和功能（function），可用 "(sth) is equipped with..." 的句型說明。
一般而言，假如你需要寄附加檔案，不必詳述其內容，只要說明檔案的性質並要收件者注意就可以了。

該如何下筆呢? 可以參考以下:

1. 表示參考過各提案後，已選定某種機款。
（After examining the various options, I think the best choice is...）

2. 具體說明機款的優點（如高規格製作、完全符合需求、能提高生產效率）。
（Themachine suits our needs quite well.）

3. 附上完整評估表以作參考。（Please seethe attachment for a more complete assessment of...）

Sentence Patterns 商務寫作句型

e.g. The new smartphone is at the cutting edge of mobile communications technology.
(這支新的智慧型手機處在行動通訊技術發展的最尖端。)

e.g. The control panel uses all the newest technology and is considered state-of-the-art.

e.g. The Model SX-78 is the most advanced type of engine available.

(Sth) is becoming more sophisticated all the time.　　

e.g. Medical techniques are becoming more sophisticated all the time.
(醫療技術變得日益精密。)

（某物）是特別設計來（做某事）。
