這類電子郵件的目的是讓對方了解選定某機型的理由

這類電子郵件的目的是讓對方了解選定某機型的理由，因此內容可包括：

1. 選定的機型
2. 選定的理由

如要說明機器的特色（feature）和功能（function），可用 "(sth) is equipped with..." 的句型說明。
一般而言，假如你需要寄附加檔案，不必詳述其內容，只要說明檔案的性質並要收件者注意就可以了。

該如何下筆呢? 可以參考以下:

1. 表示參考過各提案後，已選定某種機款。
（After examining the various options, I think the best choice is...）

2. 具體說明機款的優點（如高規格製作、完全符合需求、能提高生產效率）。
（Themachine suits our needs quite well.）

3. 附上完整評估表以作參考。（Please seethe attachment for a more complete assessment of...）
