There has been / was a bug detected somewhere in... e.g. As soon as I turned on my computer, there was a bug detected somewhere in the database.

(Sb / Sth) is experiencing a glitch. e.g. My computer is experiencing a glitch that is preventing me from logging on to Facebook.

⋯內被發現有缺陷後（某物）就被替換掉了。
(Sth) has been / was replaced after a defect in...was discovered. e.g. All model RT-124 machinery has been replaced after a defect in the engine was discovered.

（某物）有瑕疵。
(Sth) has been / was found to be defective. e.g. This piece of equipment was found to be slightly defective.

通報⋯⋯的故障

We are experiencing technical problems with (sth). e.g. Right now, we are experiencing technical problems with the scanner.

(Sth) is incompatible / not compatible with (sth). e.g. We have to make sure that the new system is compatible with the existing equipment.

(Sth) does not recognize (sth). e.g. My notebook doesn't recognize this new software.
(我的筆記型電腦無法辨識出這套新軟體。)
（某物）遺失在網路空間。
(Sth) is lost in cyberspace. e.g. I believe the e-mail I sent you is lost in cyberspace somewhere.
(我相信我寄給你的那封電子郵件遺失在網路空間了。)
