    Shu Yamamoto embarked on his artistic journey after graduating from the Aichi Prefectural University of Fine Arts in Japan in 1971. However, his true artistic calling emerged in 2007, when he started reinterpreting world masterpieces with cats as the central theme. Over the years, he has held numerous solo exhibitions and published several collections of his work.
