短文聽讀 Text

　I had never cooked before I went to college; accordingly, I spent the first three weeks of the term eating out. I was just enjoying that lifestyle when I started to run out of money. As a result, I began watching videos about cooking on a budget. On the following weekend, I made curry for all my housemates. Thankfully, no one got
food poisoning! There’s a first time for everything, I guess.

　我上大學前從未下廚過，因此我學期的前三週都在外用餐。當我正享受這樣的生活方式時，我的錢就快用完了。因此，我開始看在預算吃緊的情況下做菜的影片。接下來的週末，我做了咖哩給我所有的室友吃。幸好，沒人食物中毒！我想，凡事都有第一次。
