公司會議的行前準備很重要，準備是確保會議能夠有效進行的關鍵。透過提前準備議程、相關文件和數據，可以確保參與者在會議中有充分的資訊來討論和做出決策。提前通知參與者也有助於他們做好準備，使參與者能夠更自信、主動地參與討論，使會議更有結構，參與者更容易達成共識喔!
