第一段描述兩張圖片所呈現的現象:
要將圖片內容轉化成文字，首先要運用觀察力分析並看清楚圖片中出現什麼，包括人物、事件、時間、地點等，把握 重點後，再將觀察到的內容進行具體的描繪(description)。 以這兩張圖片為例，第一張圖片是一家三口和一隻狗狗在車上，可看出他們開車出門;第二張圖片是一名飼主跟狗狗 在餐廳用餐，接著將這些細節串連起來，進行描寫。
第二段敘述自身經驗及看法:
本段要根據兩張圖片所呈現的現象套入自身經驗，並描寫對此現象的看法。 以這兩張圖片為例，可看出人們在出遊或用餐時會帶著自己的寵物，而餐廳也不會拒絕寵物入內，因此本段可描寫與 寵物出遊或出門用餐的經驗，及對寵物成為家庭一分子此一現象的看法。
