        Any quick online search will reveal that there is no shortage of diets offering people a variety of ways to lose weight. From low-carb meal plans to cutting calories , all these diets have the same goal of making people __1__.         International No Diet Day was started by a British feminist named Mary Evans Young in 1992. She eventually formed the organization Diet Breakers as a way to promote body acceptance and body positivity. International No Diet Day was created to bring attention to the cause.
