第一段: 很多住校生都遇過冰箱食物消失的狀況。
• 這可能是因為有人不小心拿錯食物。
• 也有可能是因為有人受不了飢餓和食物的誘惑而偷吃食物。
第二段: 若我遇到這種情況,我會依發生的頻率而採取不同的做法。
• 如果只發生一次,我會當成無心之過,並在食物上標好名字。
• 但如果發生多次,我會更積極去處理這個情況,並請宿舍管理員展開調查。

魚骨圖小知識
魚骨圖是用來展示各種原因的一種圖表,以層次分明的架構表現因果關係。某一結果或造成的問題置於圖右,即為魚頭的部分,魚骨和小魚刺則列出潛在因素,置於圖的左邊,主要的支骨為不同因素的類別,從中再分出小魚刺,列出各因素下可能的內容。
