K: Hello, Mr. Tang, this is Kyra Chandry at Star Brands International. We are still waiting on our shipment of components to arrive from your factory.
T: Hello, Ms. Chandry. I’m sorry if there has been some delay. I thought the goods would have arrived by now.
K: I was hoping they would arrive last week, but we are still waiting. That’s why I’m calling to make sure they were sent.
T: I understand your frustration. Perhaps the shipping company has run into some troubles?
K: If that’s the case, then we expect you to sort this out. We cannot continue to do business with unreliable partners.
T: Please, Ms. Chandry. I will resolve any problems that have come up. I assure you we are a reliable supplier.
K: Then I expect to receive the goods ASAP.
T: I understand. Please remind me of the order number and I will check on the shipment’s status.
K: It was order QS4592.
T: All right. I will call the shipping company right away, and then call you back.
