House pets aren’t the only animals that are sensitive to changing weather. Farmers have observed that farm animals like cows often lie down on the grass when a shower or storm is near. This could be to keep their bodies from losing heat. Similarly, sheep might gather in a tight group before rain or snow to stay warm. Under the water, when sharks sense the pressure changes that usually come with storms, they will dive deeper to protect themselves.
