每次要求職面試的時候都緩有點緊張~常常面試結束後會懊悔回答的內容不夠好~
為了讓這樣的情況別再發生,先來看看面試經常會出現的問題有那些~

常見「個人問題」1
Q: What are your strong points and weak points?
A: I'm reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and an excellent communicator.
I'm enthusiastic, responsible, and hardworking. My friends think I'm too hardworking because they complain that they don't see me enough. However, I don't think of it being like that—I simply enjoy my work, and want to work to the best of my abilities. Sometimes this means putting in extra hours, but I think it's all worth it.
問:你有什麼優點及缺點?
答:我很可靠、負責、值得信賴,同時也是個很好的溝通者。我很有熱忱、負責也很努力。我的朋友覺得我工作太認真了,他們抱怨我常不見人影。然而我並不這樣認為──我只是樂在工作,而且想要全力以赴而已。有時這也意味著投入更多的時間,但是我認為很值得。
這個問題是要試探你對於自己的強項及弱點是否有足夠的認識,也就是對自己的瞭解夠不夠深入。這個問題很基本但也很重要,因為面試時間通常很短,口試官會就你回答的內容來判定你是什麼樣的人,以及這樣的人是否符合公司所需。
答覆時要盡量表現出自信,而不是自大,態度要不卑不亢,最好能舉實際例子展現自己的優點,或藉由他人之口間接表示。例:
My colleagues consider me an excellent supervisor because I am a good listener.
(我同事認為我是個很好的主管,因為我是個好的聆聽者。)
上句比起直陳 “I am an excellent supervisor.” 要來得有說服力多了。
另外,就算是缺點,也可技巧性地陳述,例如這題,如果自承自己太熱衷工作(too hardworking),因而少與朋友往來。乍聽之下這是缺點,但聽在口試委員的耳裡,也許就成了『能為公司犧牲奉獻』的優點。類似的方式還有:
pay too much attention to details because I always want the best result from each job I do. This could sometimes lead to inefficiency.
(我太注重細節,因為我總是想把每份工作做到最好。這有時會導致效率不彰。)
上句似是缺點,但同時也表現出應試者求好心切,對自己的工作一絲不苟的態度。建議你可多多應用這類小技巧,為自己建立良好的形象。

Q: What motivates you?
A: Doing a job that I enjoy really motivates me because I look forward to coming into work. I also enjoy knowing that I'm able to contribute to the overall success of a company through my individual efforts. The passion and interest that I have in this field also means that I would work hard. The opportunity for future career advancement motivates me, too.
問:什麼會令你產生動機?
答:從事喜歡的工作給我莫大動機,因為我會很期待去上班。我也很樂於得知我個人的努力能對公司整體的成功有貢獻。我對這一行的熱情與興趣也意味著我會很努力工作。未來有工作晉升的機會也給了我努力的動機。
這個問題的目的是要了解你性格的基本面,根據你的回答來判定其價值觀大致為何。應答時,建議將重點放在『學習機會』、『興趣』與『成就感』上頭。銅臭味可別太重,因為雖然薪水也是大家工作的動機之一,雇主可不希望底下員工只在乎錢,對工作本身毫無期待。其他建議說法如下:
I love to design websites for my clients because this job gives me a great sense of fulfilment.
(我很熱愛為客戶設計網頁,這份差事讓我很有成就感。)
As a customer service associate, I'm most motivated when a customer tells me that he or she is very satisfied with our products.
(身為客服人員,聽見某位顧客告訴我他或她十分滿意我們產品時,這點最令人鼓舞。)
