本篇會教你詢問對方對議程的意見可避免遺漏某些重要事項。

此類郵件目的在讓與會者了解會議討論的主題，並可根據此一資訊作必要的準備，因此必須在召開會議前將其寄發出去。而詢問對方對議程的意見可避免遺漏某些重要事項。

在必要時，列出各事項的開始時間供與會者參考；假如某特定事項是由某人負責提出簡報，可以把他的名字以括號註記在細目旁邊。

 

 

我們這次的議程相當緊湊。

We have a heavy agenda.

e.g. We have a heavy agenda, so please don't be late.
(我們這次的議程緊湊，所以請別遲到。)

The agenda is quite full.

e.g. The agenda is quite full for the meeting on Monday.
(星期一會議的議程相當緊湊。)

茲附上一份暫定議程。

Attached is a copy of the tentative agenda.
e.g. Attached is a copy of the tentative agenda for the managers' meeting.
(茲附上一份本次經理會議的暫定議程。)

請參照附件中擬議的議程。

Please refer to the proposed agenda in the attachment.

e.g. Please refer to the proposed agenda in the attachment to this e-mail.
(請參照本電子郵件附件中擬議的議程。)

議程上第一項是⋯

The first item on the agenda is...

e.g. The first item on the agenda is a report on last month's sales figures.
(議程上第一項是上個月份的銷售數字報告。)

我們首要處理的議題是⋯

The first issue we will deal with is...

e.g. The first issue we will deal with is the proposed budget.
(我們首先要處理的議題是預算提案。)

Other matters to be discussed include...

e.g. Other matters to be discussed include travel expenses and overtime pay.
(其他將要討論的事項包括差旅費及加班費。)

此外還需提交討論的是⋯

Also on the table for discussion is / are...

e.g. Also on the table for discussion are the problems with the new factory.
(此外還需提交討論的是新工廠的問題。)

本會議預定將持續⋯

The meeting is scheduled to last...

e.g. The meeting is scheduled to last two hours.
(本會議預定將持續兩小時。)

本會議應該會費時⋯

The meeting should take (time)

e.g. The meeting should take about an hour and a half at the most.
(本會議應該會費時最多約一個半小時。)
