當我們「恭喜」別人，congratulation要加s嗎?

使用上還蠻頻繁的英文字，這個字在職場、學校或是生活中都用得到。
使用上到底要不要加s呢?
a. 表「恭賀」、「恭喜」的名詞一定要使用複數名詞congratulations。
例 Congratulation on your promotion to general manager! (X)
→ Congratulations on your promotion to general manager! (O)
= Congrats on your promotion to general manager! (O，口語)
(恭喜你升遷總經理！)
例 Please accept my congratulation on your new job. (X)
→ Please accept my congratulations on your new job. (O)
(您獲得新工作，請接受我的祝賀。)
b. congratulate是及物動詞，採下列結構：
congratulate 人 on + 名詞／動名詞
例 I’d like to congratulate to you for passing the test.
→ I’d like to congratulate you on passing the test. (O)
= Congratulations to you on passing the test.
（我要）恭喜你考試及格了。
