【短文朗讀】
I feel sorry for children whose parents organize every aspect of their lives. These parents are called helicopter parents because they always "hover" over their children. They coordinate their social events, arrange endlessextracurricular activities, and interfere in every part of their educational life.
I'm sure these parents are just showing love for their children, and no doubt some children are happy with this situation. But it can actually leave children less able to cope when they become adults. They don't know how to manage their own time or make their own decisions, because their parents have always done it for them. So, helicopter parents aren't necessarily doing their children any favors by treating them this way.
