 A  Good afternoon. How may I help you, sir?
 B  I’m just browsing. Is this table made of mahogany?
 A  Yes, it is. Good eye, sir. Old as it is, it’s a really good piece of hand-carved furniture.
 B  Good as it may be, it’s too expensive.
 A  How about 20% off for a connoisseur like yourself?
 B  Hmm... How about 50% off?
 A  I’m sorry, sir. Generous as I am, I can’t afford to offer a discount like that.
 B  OK. Make it 30% off and you’ve got a deal.
 A  You do drive a hard bargain! OK, sir. It’s a deal.
 B  Do those chairs go with the table?
 A  They don’t come as a set. They’re actually a slightly different shade of mahogany.
 B  Different as they are, I don’t think a blind man on a galloping horse would notice.
 A  If you’re interested in them, I could offer the same 30% discount as the table.
 B  OK, I’ll take them, too. So much for just browsing!
