短文聽讀 Text

  Welcome to Albert’s Restaurant. I’m your waiter, Ken. Today, the chef is Leah Roberts. She makes the best soup in town. Her pizza is also to die for! Here is your menu. The food is on the left, and the drinks are on the right. For drinks, I recommend our red wine. It goes well with any of our dishes.

 a  本課提到 soup、pizza、food、drink、wine 這些物質名詞。其中 soup、pizza、wine 是不可數名詞，前面通常不加不定冠詞 a 或 an，也不加數字，但可用下列方式表達：
數詞 + 單位名詞 + of
a bowl of soup   一碗湯
a slice of pizza   一片披薩
a glass of wine   一杯葡萄酒
