      Unfortunately, there is no effective medical treatment for face blindness. Most people are only diagnosed with it after suffering a brain injury. For the rest, most of them have to figure out that they have face blindness on their own.

 　　Luckily, there are a number of ways people have learned to deal with face blindness. After all, there are other ways of recognizing people besides the way they look. Some learn to recognize others by the sound of their voice. Others learn to pick people out of the crowd by their hairstyle. In short, this condition doesn’t have to be something that stops people from enjoying a full and successful life.

 　　As proof, take a look at a couple of examples of successful people who have been diagnosed with face blindness. Brad Pitt, one of the biggest actors of all time, has lived with the condition all his life. Oliver Sacks, a famous neuroscientist, lived with face blindness as well. Both men, and many others, prove that difficulties can be solved, and that’s something we can all appreciate.
