Andrea is making a phone call again to confirm the order.

A: Hello, this is Andrea from the Creative Department at Smart Inc. Is Glen there?

G: Hi, Andrea. Yes, this is Glen speaking. Have you decided on what you want?

A: Yes, I’ll place an order for 24 updates to A-designer. We also want printing software.

G: Which software—Printmaster Pro 12 or Printmaker X?

A: Our company would like Printmaster Pro 12.

G: I’m sorry, Andrea. I didn’t quite catch what you said. You’re breaking up. Could you repeat that, please?

A: Printmaster Pro 12. We need 24 copies of Printmaster Pro 12.

G: Did you say Printmaker X? I’m sorry, Andrea. It’s hard to hear you.

A: No, maybe I should hang up and call back.
