Naomi is looking up flights on her laptop when Pete walks by.

N: Hey, Pete. I’m having a hard time deciding which flight to book for my upcoming trip. I want to visit my sister in New York City. Can you help me out?

P: Hey, Naomi. One of the most important things for me is the flight time. I always try to choose a flight that fits my schedule so that I won’t be in a rush after arriving.

N: That makes sense. But what about price? Don’t you think that is important, too?

P: Of course! The price is always an important factor, but I also consider the airline’s reputation. It’s important to choose an airline with a good track record for reliable departures and arrivals, especially if you have connecting flights.
