 A  At least once a month, we go away together. Even if it’s just for one night, it helps bring the spark back to our relationship.
 B  Aww... How lovely! I’m going to try that.

 A  自從我和我老公結婚後，我們更深愛彼此了。

at least　　至少
at least 為副詞片語，於句中使用時通常用以修飾數字。
Mindy spent at least two hours doing her homework last night.
明蒂昨晚花了至少兩小時寫作業。

at most　　最多
It takes at most one hour to get to the airport.
最多只要花一小時就能到機場。
