Next, grate some fresh cheese. Cheddar works really well because it doesn’t get too sticky when it melts. Chop up some vegetables and meat into small bits. If they’re too big, the quesadilla will be difficult to eat and might fall apart. Then, fry up the fillings, except for the cheese. If you want a bit of extra flavor, you can add some beans as well.
